1.The principle of anti-stain

Anti-stain agent APC-38 is a kind of transparent, colorless liquid. It has a super anti- stain effect on polished tiles by the principle of penetration. It has a high ability of penetration into these pores and begins to solidify two hours later,forms a layer of hard, transparent substance which connects firmly with the tiles. So the tile can be unpolluted for a long time. Anti-stain agent APC-38 can protected the tiles from contaminant, for example cements, sands, ink, especially rubber.   

2.Characteristics

1)Anti-stain properties: It can protect the polished tiles from  cement, sand, rubber, tea water, especially  from rubber.

2)Anti-impregnant: It can be washed repeatly by impregnant, alcohol,etc. ,and has no effect on its anti-pollution.

3)Good permeable to air: Because  the polished tiles surface has been polished, edge grinded and dried, it also has a little of water in or on it, when coated APC-38, these water can  evaporate out entirely, so there is no chromatism and yellow spot(mildewy spot).

4)Safety: It doesnt contain any poisonous agents.

3.Applications

It is suitable for these materials of hard surface with fine pores , for example polished tiles, marble, granite .

4. Usage

It is better that the anti-stain agent is coated onto its surface of the polished tiles by machine.

cleaning and drying the surface of tiles  , flowing out the anti-stain agent from the achine,coating and spreading evenly ,scouring off the redundant anti-stain agent   , testing , packaging.

5.Quantities

It needs about 20~30 grams for a square meters polished tile. This is only for reference.

6.Test methods of anti- stain

It is suggested that the tests of anti-stain shouldt be done until the polished tiles are coated by anti-stain agent for 72 hours.

1)       Protecting from blue ink: blue ink is dropped and spreaded on the coated anti-stain agents polished tiles for 5 minutes, then clean it with water or washing powder.

2)       Protecting from cement and rubber: Because the tools with rubbers are used in the process of tiling, so anti-stain agent must especially have the ability of protecting from rubber. The rubber spot can be cleared by impregnant or some other washing agent easily.
